My research is focused on the role of adaptive leadership and leadership training in the creation of effective environmental conservation strategies. A strong focus of my research is the promotion of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the environmental sector.
One of my strongest leadership skill is my relationship building skills. This has been an incredible asset that has allowed me to build a collective of strong and resourceful leaders within and outside my community. I have leveraged these skills to act as mentor and leader in my professional and personal life.
